ESEM Executive School of Economics and Management (hereafter referred to as “ESEM” “we” or “our” or “us”) is committed to transparency and responsibility compliance under data protection legislation. This Privacy policy sets out important information regarding the use of your information and your rights under the legislation.

ESEM is required to display transparency in the domain of personal data processing. This Policy is intended to meet those transparency requirements and to ensure that everyone who uses our website, social channels or attends the programmes understand how their data will be used.

The collected data will be used by ESEM for the purpose of conducting a programme, or maintaining contact with website and social channel visitors and informing them about our activities and offers. A website or our social channel visitor can, at any time, unsubscribe from the mailing list receiving messages from us.

This Policy covers personal data collected via the ESEM’s website (www.esem.edu.eu) when you engage with ESEM e.g. if you submit a query, complete a web-form to attend an Open Day etc, data from our social channels and data about programme participants.

ESEM reserves the right to change its Privacy policy at any time. The Policy changes come into effect upon their publication on the website (www.esem.edu.eu). Every online visitor must read this Policy in order to be aware of the possible changes. It is presumed that you have read and accepted this version as valid if you continue to use the website and social channels after a newer version of the Policy has been published.
