Decision Making in Uncertain Times

Wise choices are a fundamental element that breeds success. The ability to consistently exercise sound judgement and good decisions in a volatile world is a highly sophisticated skill that is required of business leaders today. Given the growing uncertainty, it is even more crucial for business leaders to understand the complexity of human judgement and biases in times of crisis where time pressure is real, and information is limited.

In the face of such difficulties, it is easy to become paralysed. Nevertheless, you must decide what to do and subsequently take action as a leader. Your decision-making becomes crucial. In this MasterClass, Professor Enrico Diecidue, INSEAD France will uncover the challenges in making effective decisions under crisis and introduce framework and tools that can facilitate better decision making.
